Hosted by Rakas Kakaw Founder, Nicole Flora Cramer
Join us for a magical community ceremony, offering grounding & deep nourishment for mind, body & soul.
Through guided meditations, rituals & mindfulness practices, you will be led on a healing journey of self-reflection + conscious community connection.
We will begin by sharing some facts about our ethical ceremonial cacao. As we drink our cacao together, we will share Mayan wisdom passed down from indigenous teachers.
✨🕯️✨ For the Return of the Light Ceremony, we find ourselves exactly half-way between Winter Solstice & Spring Equinox.
Celebrated across cultures since ancient times, at this time of year, we truly begin to see & feel that the sun's light is returning more & more into our daily lives. Let us join together & celebrate the return of the light in CommUnity with ritual & intention.

Ceremonial cacao is the whole food, relatively unprocessed product deriving from the Theobroma cacao tree, native to Central + South America.
Theobroma means "food of the gods" in Latin, and cacao is an Olmec term meaning "bitter" and "water." This gentle & sacred heart-opening plant, which has been a central component in Mayan culture for thousands of years, is now hailed in the Western World as a "superfood" packed with nutrients that boost mood, ease stress + help fight disease.
The ceremonial cacao we drink in our circles is a brew made of cacao mixed with water.
In every Community Cacao Circle with Rakas Kakaw, we serve ethical single-ingredient 100% Mayan ceremonial cacao sourced exclusively from indigenous collectives in Guatemala.
