Playing with Perspective: Photography Walk

  • Meeting Point Vanha Suurtori Turku, Varsinais-Suomi, 20500 Finland (map)

A Visual Diary of Your Creativity

Playing with Perspective w/ Ekaterina Ishkina

These photo walks are not just an opportunity to take pictures but also a way to better understand yourself.

We’ll be creating a kind of visual diary, documenting our creative journey and exploring what truly inspires us.

The walk combines creativity and mindfulness. It’s a space where we slow down, pay attention to the world around us, find beauty in the ordinary, and rediscover it for ourselves.

During the walk, we will:

• Turn the process of creating a visual diary into an exciting game with themed assignments.

• Learn to see beauty in the simple things: in the play of light, textures, lines, and shapes.

• Try to find something personal for each of us, understand what draws us the most, and why we want to capture it.

• Create unique pictures that can serve as inspiration for future shoots.

These walks are perfect for both beginners and experienced photographers. There’s no right or wrong here—the main thing is the desire to create, explore, and enjoy the process.

Bring your camera or phone and join us for a journey into the world of visual creativity!

The theme of this walk is "Playing with Perspective"

Let's experiment with unusual shooting angles: for example, we'll shoot from ground level, from a height, through frames, glass or translucent surfaces.

  • This walk will be done in Easy Finnish & optional English when necessary.

  • A camera (if possible) or a phone. Remember to wear warm clothing
