This class offers a comprehensive stretch-focused experience, ideal for anyone seeking to improve flexibility and alleviate muscle stiffness.
Using a combination of slow, controlled movements and prolonged stretches, participants will be guided through techniques to lengthen and strengthen the body while releasing stress.
The session will start with a gentle warm-up to ease into movement, progressing to deeper stretches for areas like the hamstrings, spine, shoulders, and hips. Each posture will be held for longer durations to allow the body to fully relax and adapt.
Breathwork will be incorporated to deepen the experience and promote mindfulness.
