Let’s eat politics with a side of cake!

In this special edition of Let’s Eat Politics x Radio Turku, we collaborate with Radio Turku to discuss the elephant in the room: the New Reform migration policy.

We will listen to their fantastic episode on the policy with Owain Hopeaketo and jump into an interactive discussion, where we share the latest on the policy and resources and discuss our thoughts and reflections together.

  • Noémie has been living in Turku for 5 years and has been discussing life in Finland on the podcast Radio Turku since 2023.

    Her creative projects aim at helping Finns and internationals to mingle while having fun and learning about each other's cultures.

We’ll keep it interactive with open discussions and plenty of chances to ask questions.

  • Elina Rantanen, Deputy Mayors of Turku, will lead the circle discussion

    • Finding Information: Let’s discuss the resources available in Turku and learn about some of the names and processes that impact your everyday life in the city.  

    • Building a Network: Importance of connecting with local groups, NGOs, and community organizations that focus on political issues.

  • Cakes and coffees can be purchased from Koroinen cafe.

  • The cafe is open from 12 to 4 and offers vegetarian lunch, drinks, and both sweet and savory baked goods, including vegan and gluten-free choices.
